(VANCOUVER, British Columbia) — Gearbunk Shipping is suing Squamish Terminals and a tugboat company to recover costs from a 2006 fuel spill, the Canadian Press reported. Gearbunk’s lawyer claims the terminal was improperly designed, and metal from a mooring dolphin punctured holes in the Westwood Anette. About 29,000 liters of bunker fuel spilled into Howe Sound.
