(SELMA, Ala.) — A fuel spill from a tugboat caused official to close the City Marina, the Selma Times-Journal newspaper reported. State officials said the vessel experienced mechanical problems while underway and left a trail of diesel and sludge. Environmental responders worked to contain the spill.
