Commentary: U.S. should fund more waterways infrastructure

(ST. PAUL, Minn.) — Lee Nelson, president of Upper River Services, wrote a guest commentary in the St. Paul Pioneer Press newspaper urging the federal government to raise its annual budget for waterways infrastructure to $270 million from the current level of $246 million.
