Stowaway jumps into water as barge arrives at Port of Tampa

(TAMPA, Fla.) — Four suspected stowaways were discovered as a barge arrived at the Port of Tampa, the Tampa Tribune reported. One of the men jumped into the water but was nabbed. The barge had been towed from Turks and Caicos.
