(FREEPORT, Texas) — Two of the three partners in the Texas Offshore Port System project have dropped out, the Houston Chronicle newspaper reported. Enterprise Products Partners and Teppco Partners have said they won’t participate. The remaining founding partner, Oiltanking Holdings Americas, says the project is still “viable” and vows to move forward after talks with customers.
