Tugboat sinks, spills diesel in Mich.’s Duncan Bay (PHOTO)

(CHEBOYGAN, Mich.) — A small tugboat sank and spilled diesel fuel into Duncan Bay, the Cheboygan Daily Tribune newspaper reported. The Jenny Lynn sank Sunday. Ryba Marine, in conjunction with the Coast Guard, is working on the salvage today.
