(VANCOUVER, British Columbia) — A BC Ferries vessel crashed into a dock after losing power, injuring five people, the Vancouver Sun newspaper reported. The Queen of Nanaimo experienced a very hard landing at Mayne Island, and one passenger had to be airlifted to a hospital. The crew tried to drop anchor just prior to the vessel impacting the dock.
