(MEMPHIS, Tenn.) — Three men have been indicted for allegedly shining green laser lights at towboats in the Mississippi River, the Commercial Appeal newspaper reported. Towboat captains had complained to the Coast Guard that someone was shining the bright lasers at their vessels from the top of an apartment building. The trio was arrested over the weekend.
