(WALLS, Miss.) — The captain of a towboat on the Mississippi River was missing after after falling off the boat without a life jacket, television station WREG reported. The captain of the towing vessel Augusta was reported missing just south of Memphis. His life jacket was found in the vessel's engine room, leading responders to believe he was not wearing any protective equipment when he disappeared.
