Texas tugboat capsizes after crane boom falls on it (PHOTO)

(GALVESTON, Texas) — The uninspected tugboat Jerry Picton capsized after a crane boom fell onto the vessel, Houston television station KRIV reported. The boom fell 30 feet from a nearby ship. T&T Marine was salvaging the tugboat.
