(BRAINTREE, Mass.) — A sunken construction tugboat apparently is the source of a fuel spill in the Fore River Basin, the Patriot-Ledger newspaper reported. Officials said RDA Construction of Canton has taken responsibility for the spill. Environmental responders are cleaning up the oil and the boat has been raised.
