(SEATTLE) — A group representing Seattle maritime businesses is calling for state officials to replace the Alaska Way Viaduct with another elevated highway instead of a tunnel, the Seattle Times newspaper reported. The maritime interests say another elevated highway would maintain current levels of freight capacity.
