(BALTIMORE) — City officials have extended a deadline for a deal to rehabilitate Fell’s Point’s Recreation Pier, the Daily Record newspaper reported. The project hinges on Moran Towing agreeing to move to an alternative location. Moran has looked at four potential relocation sites around Baltimore.
