(LUDINGTON, Mich.) — A worker was killed Sunday in a mechanical accident aboard a barge on Lake Michigan, the Ludington Daily News reported. Authorities say the man was working on a conveyor belt on deck when he was killed. The Pere Marquette Shipping Co. barge was being pushed by the tugboat Undaunted.
