(NORFOLK, Va.) — A former manager with the Navy's Military Sealift Command has been sentenced to eight years in prison for accepting bribes, The Virginian-Pilot reported. Kenny E. Toy admitted receiving tens of thousands of dollars and gifts from executives at Mid-Atlantic Engineering Technical Services and Miller Harden Design. In return, the two Chesapeake companies received millions of dollars in contract work, prosecutors said.
