(STEUBENVILLE, Ohio) — A deckhand was killed when he fell off a barge at the Ohio River’s New Cumberland Locks and Dam, the Review newspaper of East Liverpool reported. The man was working for Campbell Transportation Co. He fell off a coal barge bound for the nearby FirstEnergy W.H. Sammis power plant.
