The Escort Winch is a state-of-the-art LNG winch, the first of three to work at the Quintero LNG Terminal, in Chile, for Ultratug. The first tug, the Loncura (and the other two) were built and designed by ASENA Valdiva, Chile.
The Escort Winch boasts a line pull of 150,000lbs., a line speed of 100FPM and the capacity of 600′ of 8″ Quantum-8 soft line.
