(NEW BEDFORD, Mass.) — A second body has been found following an accident at a fishing-boat pier, the SouthCoastToday.com news Web site reported. Capt. Kenneth Theustad, a former tug captain based in New York, was reported missing Tuesday after another crew member apparently slipped while boarding their 75-foot fishing vessel. Authorities said Theustad may have jumped into the water in an attempt to save the other man.
