(NYACK, N.Y.) — A boat driver faces charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide stemming from a Hudson River barge crash that left two people dead, CNN reported. Jojo K. John had a blood alcohol level of 0.15, nearly twice the legal limit, when his powerboat hit a construction barge near the Tappan Zee Bridge on the night of July 26, the indictment said.
