Vancouver Island tugboat grounds, tips onto its side (PHOTO)

(TOFINO, British Columbia) — A large tugboat ran aground and tipped on its port side, the online newspaper Westcoaster.ca reported. All three crewmen from the Island Ranger escaped unharmed. Environmental and salvage crews were responding.
