Damage from barge forces week-long closure of Chicago bridge

(CHICAGO) — A barge in the Chicago River struck and damaged a bridge, television station CBS 2 reported. The barge, propelled by a commercial tugboat, damaged steel on the Chicago Avenue Bridge. The bridge was closed for a week, and has reopened.
