(NEW ORLEANS) — Several southern U.S. ports are making preparations to increase ship trade with Cuba, USA Today reported. New Orleans, Mobile, Miama and Tampa are among the cities where officials are thinking up strategies to take advantage of a potential lifting of the U.S. trade embargo.
