(WASHINGTON) — The U.S. Navy is warning of the risk of a terrorist attack against shipping interests off Yemen, the Washington Times reported. Merchant ships or military vessels could be targets and should be on the alert, according to the warning. Terrorists may be planning USS Cole-like explosive-detonation incidents involving small boats.
