(SAUSALITO, Calif.) — A vessel made almost entirely from recycled plastic bottles has set sail on an education voyage, San Francisco television station KGO reported. The Plastiki is a 60-foot catamaran made of about 12,000 plastic bottles. A philanthopist and international film crew are aboard to help teach people about ocean pollution.
