Two missing after barge hits disabled tour boat (VIDEO, CHART)

(PHILADELPHIA) — Two Hungarian tourists are missing after Wednesday’s collision between a sludge barge and a duck tour boat in the Delaware River, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The tour boat had experienced a propulsion casualty and was drifting in the river when it was struck by the barge, which was being pushed by a K-Sea Transportation towboat. The remainder of the 37 tour-boat passengers were rescued.
