(HONOLULU) — A U.S. Navy ship is listing to starboard after running aground at Pearl Harbor, the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper reported. Commercial tugboats and Navy salvors are attempting to dislodge the USS Port Royal after lightering the 567-foot vessel of personnel and fuel.
