(PANAMA CITY, Fla.) — The Florida coast has its newest artificial reef, the television station WJHG reported. The 125-foot tugboat Red Sea was intentionally sunk to the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico Wednesday morning off Panana City. It is six miles offshore near the USS Strength.
