Tugboat hits Amtrak bridge on Susquehanna River

(HARFORD COUNTY, Md.) — A tugboat struck a bridge over the Susquehanna River on Wednesday night, delaying Amtrak and commuter rail service while the bridge was inspected, The Baltimore Sun reported. No one was injured aboard the tug, which was towing a 295-foot barge, according to a U.S. Coast Guard spokesman.
