Tug, crane barge, robot submersible help repair underwater cable

(TACOMA, Wash.) — The crane barge D.B. Tacoma, along with a tugboat and a robot submersible, helped to repair an underwater cable to Anderson Island, the News Tribune newspaper of Tacoma reported.
