Towboat, coal barges get stuck in ice on Ohio River

(NEW MATAMOROS, W.Va.) — A towboat and the coal barges it was pushing became stuck in the ice Tuesday on the Ohio River near the Willow Island Locks and Dam, the Parkersburg News and Sentinel reported.
