Terrorists ‘scoped out’ Vancouver’s SeaBus for 2010 attack

(VANCOUVER, B.C.) — Terrorists based in Canada have examined the SeaBus commuter ferry service as a possible target, the newspaper chain Black Press and BCLocalNews.com Web site reported. A memo prepared by North Vancouver city officials suggested that the SeaBus operator isn’t prepared for a terrorism incident. The terrorists have considered acting during the 2010 Olympic games, and the loss of life could be equivalent to downing an airliner.
