(NEW YORK) — As many as nine people were injured Tuesday afternoon when the Miss New Jersey ferry made a hard landing at a dock on Liberty Island, the New York Daily News reported. The ferry, carrying 497 passengers and nine crewmembers, was arriving from Jersey City when the incident occurred. The boat sustained minor damage and was taken to Liberty Landing at Liberty State Park.
