(PHILADELPHIA) — Ride the Ducks has agreed to new safety policies in an effort to return duck boat tours to Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The tour company offers to keep a second vessel on standby at all times, in case its tour boat carrying passengers becomes disabled and needs assistance. The newspaper obtained August 2010 documents from the Coast Guard that explained the new policy.
