(FORT EDWARD, N.Y.) — There will be no PCB dredging in the Hudson River in 2010, the Saratogian newspaper of Saratoga Springs reported. Instead, General Electric and the Environmental Protection Agency will review the 2009 progress and discuss any changes to the long-term plan. One issue is exactly how much contaminated sediment needs to be removed.
