(EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I.) — Police have charged a Warwick man in connection with the theft of a tugboat June 3 that grounded at Sabin Point, the Providence Journal reported. Richard A. Maisano, 48, was charged with one count of felony receiving stolen property. A fisherman reported shortly before midnight on June 3 that the 50-foot Theodore was operating in circles. It was later found aground and listing.
