(SAN FRANCISCO) — An overflowing fuel tank, not a ruptured fuel line, caused the oil spill from the Dubai Star, the San Francisco Examiner reported. The ship began leaking bunker fuel during a transfer Oct. 30 in San Francisco Bay. A fuel-line valve is being inspected.
