Official: Alcohol was factor in fatal Ohio River collision

(CINCINNATI) — A coroner's official said alcohol was a factor in fatal collision between a boat and a barge Sept. 25 on the Ohio River, Cincinnati.com reported. Two men, both off-duty FBI employees, died when their pleasure boat hit the barge. The official declined to release specifics, such as the victims' blood alcohol content.
