The Coast Guard is cancelling the current forms update and will issue the update in conjunction with the pending STCW regulatory change. The
following information bulletins are hereby cancelled:
• Implementation of Updated Mariner Credentialing Program (MCP) Forms Update dated February 1, 2013
• Implementation of Updated Mariner Credentialing Program (MCP) Forms dated January 18, 2013
Applicants should continue to use the current version of all forms linked on the NMC website.
Mariners and other providers should contact the Customer Service Center at IASKNMC@uscg.mil or 888-IASKNMC (888-427-5662) with any questions
or feedback regarding forms.
