(MARTHA'S VINEYARD, Mass.) — The non-profit Sail Martha's Vineyard is offering online instruction for people interested in earning a merchant mariner's license, the Martha's Vineyard Times newspaper reported. Instruction ranges from six-passenger charter boats to a 100-ton commercial license. Instruction is done online and via textbooks and CDs.
