(TACOMA, Wash.) — The former J.M. Martinac shipyard is being sold for $7.95 million after going through foreclosure last summer, The News Tribune reported. A broker said the shipyard’s new owner, Alaskan Leader Fisheries, has seen several potential buyers looking at the shuttered facility. The 6.8-acre property includes several boat sheds, two ways, an office building and several storage buildings.
