(MINOT, N.D.) — A new tugboat based in Slidell, La., is named for a Navy officer who had saved the life of the boat’s owner, the Minot Daily News reported. The Admiral Miller is an oceangoing tug owned by John Dalton Jr. The boat is named after Rear Adm.
