(HOMER, Alaska) — A K-Sea Transportation tugboat and barge collided in Cook Inlet, Radio Kenai reported. The Coast Guard said the collision involving the tug Pacific Challenger caused a fuel spill. The spill was estimated to be between 100 and 200 gallons of unleaded gasoline.
