(TAMPA, Fla.) — Jonathan Whitworth has resigned as chief executive of OSG America, the St. Petersburg Times’ tampabay.com reported. The former Maritrans executive was replaced by former Chief Financial Officer Myles R. Itkin. No reason was given for the resignation.
