Harbor dredge breaks free from tug, capsizes in Bay of Fundy

(SAINT JOHN, New Brunswick) — A harbor dredge broke loose from its tugboat during a storm in the Bay of Fundy, the Telegraph-Journal newspaper reported. The Atlantic Larch floated upside-down until three tugs brought it under control again. Weather forecasters failed to predict the storm.
