(VALLEJO, Calif.) — After sitting at a dock for over four years, the future of Artship is in doubt, the Times-Herald newspaper reported. The World War II vessel is a former California Maritime Academy training ship. Ownership of the vessel has changed in recent years, and a spokesman for the dock owner says the current owners’ refit plans have fallen through.
