(PALM VALLEY, Fla.) — Five people were killed when an overloaded pleasure boat slammed into a docked tugboat in the Intracoastal Waterway, the Florida Times-Union newspaper reported. The tug was moored alongside a dock that was under construction. A crane barge also was nearby.
