Feds: Tugboat transported cocaine to Fla. from Puerto Rico

(JACKSONVILLE, Fla.) — A tugboat sailing from Puerto Rico to Florida was used to transport cocaine, the Florida Times-Union reported. Federal officials said they arrested a Jacksonville area man. Three kilograms of cocaine were seized at his home.
