EA Engineering wins MarAd contract for Guam port modernization

(GUAM) — EA Engineering, Science and Technology has won a contract to manage the Guam Port’s $200 million modernization project, the Pacific Daily News newspaper reported. The expansion and improvements are needed because the U.S. will open a large new military base in Guam in 2014. The contract was awarded to the Maryland company by the U.S. Maritime Administration.
