(SEATTLE) — Cruise West has sold its Spirit of Oceanus ship to Danish investors, USA Today reported on its Cruise Log blog. The Seattle-based company, which is restructuring, sold the 120-passenger ship to TN Cruise K/S after abuptly ceasing a yearlong cruise in Newfoundland. International Shipping Partners, of Miami, said it has been hired as the technical manager of the ship, which has been renamed the Sea Spirit and is being offered for long-term charter.
