Cruise ship runs aground in Detroit River, with VIDEO

(ECORSE, Mich.) — A Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Seaway cruise ship ran aground near an island in the Detroit River, television station WDIV reported. The 218-foot Yorktown, with 120 passengers, was on a cruise en route to Quebec City when it got stuck. Tugboat refloated the vessel and it resumed its voyage.
